Energy is all there is.

The frequency we vibrate on determines what we attract into our field and how we experience our reality. Once we understand that, we start to actively work on our vibration and wellbeing: healthy food choices, lots of fresh air, exercise, yoga or meditation - all these are excellent ways to manage our frequency, vibrate high, and attract joy, love, peace, and abundance into our lives. But it doesn’t quite always work like that, does it?

The reason why happiness isn’t quite that easy is that our subconscious - often stuck - emotions that run the show. Everything we vibrate on that we aren’t conscious and aware of. It may be childhood or adult trauma. It may be a profound loss we have experienced in our lives. It may be something we have inherited from our parents or past lives. My work is about assisting you to release what is stuck in your subconscious and nurturing stress reduction in your life.

Releasing what we are consciously aware of takes commitment and tools. Releasing what we are not aware of takes someone who can assist you do that in the most gentle and efficient way.
That is what I have devoted my life to.

In your session, we will identify the most important discomfort you are experiencing. Some examples of what people have identified are feelings of depression, frustration, high levels of stress, loneliness, sensitivities, or physical discomfort. You may be experiencing something else that is not listed here. It doesn’t matter. We will identify the energy that presents itself and release some of it.

We will also check for a Heart-Wall. A Heart-Wall is an energetic wall of negative trapped emotions that block balanced communication and the ability to feel love and joy.

At the end of your session, you´ll receive a personal plan for your well-being.
