Deepen Your Practice was created specifically for that gap.

This is a five-week correspondence mentorship designed for Reiki Level II practitioners and above who are ready to move from knowing Reiki to living it. Each week you will receive a focused exploration of your practice, engage with it through daily exercises and reflection, and then share your experiences, questions, and observations directly with me by email.

I read every response personally. I answer every question. I comment on your specific experiences and offer individualized guidance based on where you are in your practice right now, not where a generic student is supposed to be.

There is nothing group about this. It is just you, your practice, and a direct line to an experienced teacher who is paying attention.

What You Will Experience Over Five Weeks

Each Monday you will receive a new weekly topic exploration by email, along with supplemental videos, audio recordings, and resources to support your practice that week. You will engage with daily self-Reiki, integration practices, confidence-building exercises, and reflective journaling throughout the week.

By the end of the five weeks you will have:

• Strengthened your confidence in your personal Reiki practice in a way that stays with you

• Deepened your direct connection to Reiki energy through consistent, supported daily practice

The estimated time commitment is approximately 20 hours over five weeks, including daily practice, reflection, and written correspondence.

Who This Course Is For

Prerequisites: Completion of Reiki Level II or higher through live instruction, either in person or via Zoom. Training must include a minimum of 15 live instructional hours for classes of three or fewer students, or a minimum of 36 live instructional hours for larger class sizes.

About This Format

This course is delivered entirely by email. There are no live sessions to attend and no scheduled call times. Each week's lesson arrives in your inbox on Monday. You work with it at your own pace throughout the week and submit your reflection and questions by the following Monday, or earlier if you are ready.

I answer on my schedule, which means you are not waiting on a live calendar. You are in an ongoing, unhurried conversation with your teacher over the full five weeks.

Reflections do not need to be polished writing. They can be sent in the body of an email or as a Word document. There is no grading, no academic standard, and no wrong answer. Your experience is the curriculum.
