Reiki & Energy Healing Classes

Learn practical skills for self-care, explore your spiritual growth, and develop tools to share with others. Whether you are beginning your Reiki journey or continuing your training, April offers supportive instruction, guided experiences, and time to practice and ask questions.

Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II

Begin your Reiki journey with instruction, discussion, and hands-on practice. Learn to offer Reiki to yourself and others while exploring Reiki history, principles, hand positions, symbols, and distance healing. Develop a foundation for using Reiki in everyday life, with family and friends, or as the beginning of a professional practice.

Prerequisite: No previous Reiki experience is needed.

Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Training

Deepen your Reiki practice through advanced techniques, guided meditations, and Holy Fire® experiences and ignitions. This training supports personal and spiritual growth while preparing you to teach Reiki I & II and Reiki Master classes in person and online. You are welcome whether you plan to teach or wish to deepen your own practice.

Prerequisite: Reiki I & II completed at least six months before class. Students from all Reiki lineages are welcome.

Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master Training

Continue your development as a Reiki Master through the study and practice of Karuna Reiki®. Explore eight practitioner symbols, one Master symbol, Holy Fire® ignitions, and guided meditations. Learn techniques to incorporate into your sessions and develop the skills to teach Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki®.

Prerequisite: Reiki Master training. Reiki Masters from all lineages are welcome.

ICRT Animal Reiki I & II

Learn to share Animal Reiki with animals of all species through instruction, guided experiences, and practice. Receive the Animal Reiki Placement and explore tools and techniques for incorporating Animal Reiki into your existing practice. This class invites you to deepen your connection with animals, nature, and the Earth.

Prerequisite: Human Reiki I & II from any lineage, taught in person or live on Zoom.

ICRT Animal Reiki Master Training

Expand your Animal Reiki practice through advanced techniques, guided experiences, the Animal Reiki symbol, and four ignitions. Develop your practitioner skills while learning to teach Animal Reiki I & II and Animal Reiki Master classes in person and online. Daily practice provides opportunities to explore and integrate what you learn.

Prerequisites: Animal Reiki I & II and human Reiki Master training.

Kid Reiki I & II for Adult Reiki Practitioners

Explore heart-centered ways to share Kid Reiki with children and families while supporting your own personal growth. Learn self-Reiki, hands-on and distance techniques, and ways to integrate the Kid Reiki symbol into your practice. The class includes five guided healing experiences, two Reiki placements, child development discussions, and self-care practices that support healthy energetic boundaries.

April brings her MA in Human Development, experience teaching child development at the college level, and perspective as a co-author of both the Kid Reiki I & II and Kid Reiki Master courses.

Prerequisite: Reiki II from any Reiki lineage. No waiting period is required.

Kid Reiki Master Training for Adult Practitioners

Expand your Kid Reiki practice and learn to teach children, teens, and adult Reiki practitioners. Explore four Kid Reiki Master ignitions, guided experiences, the Kid Reiki Grid, and approaches for supporting empathic and highly sensitive children. Training includes five class manuals and more than 60 activities for children and adults.

Upon completion, you will be qualified to teach Kid Reiki to children ages 6 to 12 and teens, Kid Reiki I & II for adult Reiki practitioners, and Kid Reiki Master training.

Beginning Reiki Drumming™

Bring rhythm and sound into your Reiki practice in this two-day class. Experience guided Reiki drum journeys to find and reclaim your voice and welcome the spirit of your drum. Explore honoring the seven sacred directions, group drumming, Reiki symbols, and techniques for offering a complete Reiki drumming session to yourself or others.

Receive a Reiki drumming attunement and learn practices for exploring mental and emotional patterns and creating, affirming, and integrating positive change through sound.

Prerequisite: Reiki I & II from any lineage. No musical experience is necessary.

Tuition: $575, including your own drum.

Advanced Reiki Drumming™

Continue your Reiki drumming journey with deeper exploration of drum journeys and accessing intuitive information through drumming and Reiki. Expand your practice while developing the skills to teach both Beginning and Advanced Reiki Drumming classes.

Prerequisites: Beginning Reiki Drumming and Reiki Master training from any lineage. There is no required waiting period between Beginning and Advanced Reiki Drumming.

What to bring: The drum provided in your Beginning Reiki Drumming class.

Quantum-Touch® Level I: Becoming Energized

Learn breathing, intention, and body-awareness techniques used to focus and amplify life-force energy in Quantum-Touch®. Explore working with chakras, toning, and distance techniques, with applications for yourself, others, and animals. Instruction and practice help you develop skills you can incorporate into daily life or an existing energy practice.

Prerequisite: No previous energy healing experience is needed. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.

Crystal Healing Level I

Explore practical ways to incorporate crystals into your energy practice. Learn three crystal layouts, chakra-balancing techniques, introductory crystal grids, and methods for cleansing and programming crystals. The class combines instruction with personal experience and practice, including ways to work with crystals for yourself, others, and the Earth.

Prerequisite: Reiki II.

Crystal Healing Level II: Intermediate

Deepen your crystal practice with experiences for personal healing and tools to share with others. Explore two Healing Transmutation Chambers, one Personal Healing Chamber, Vogel healing wand techniques, and new symbols for working with crystal energies. All crystals needed for class are included, along with your own Vogel wand.

Prerequisite: Crystal Healing Level I, with no waiting period required. Reiki training is recommended but not required for this class.

Crystal Healing Advanced Master Teacher

Continue your crystal studies through the Diamond Christos Immersion®, a spiritual exploration of crystal layouts, crystalline grids, and Christos consciousness. This advanced training includes a new attunement, one core crystal layout with additional variations, and opportunities for personal exploration. The stones and crystals required for the immersion are included.

Prerequisites: Crystal Healing Level II: Intermediate and Usui Reiki Master Teacher training.

Introduction to Pendulum Dowsing

Explore pendulum dowsing through hands-on instruction and practice. Learn to form clear questions, interpret pendulum responses, and explore applications involving places, relationships, and everyday situations. Practice with examples from your own life, make a pendulum to take home, and receive a Reiki attunement or empowerment as part of the class experience.

Introduction to Muscle Testing

Explore muscle-testing methods used in intuitive energy practices. Learn foundational theory, practice several techniques, and explore exercises involving emotions and beliefs. Illustrated instructions, charts, and exercises support your learning and continued practice.

Gentle Yoga Reiki Retreat

Take time for yourself through a nurturing combination of gentle yoga, chakra meditation, a Reiki healing experience, and a sound bath. Mindful practices and guided reflection offer space to connect with your body, explore your intentions, and support your self-care. New Year retreats also include reflection on the previous year and choosing a word for the year ahead.
