Birthing and creating a personal sacred frame drum is a journey that is individually and spiritually meaningful. The drum symbolizes the heartbeat of life, the heartbeat of the community. It is not simply an art form but a tool for cleansing, centering, and focusing one’s intentions for health and happiness.

Drum making is an honor, a meditation, and a meaningful connection. This retreat includes a Reiki healing attunement, sound bath with the Beltane moon, meditations, and assistance in each phase of your sacred connecting process.

The location is April’s Sonora CA Office

We will be birthing 18-in drums for a deeper, more resonant sound, a sacred mallet, and a rattle.

The total workshop cost is $995, which includes a nonrefundable deposit of $ 300.00, which may be transferred to another participant for this event and date. Full payment due 2 weeks in advance.

May 1st brings us the Full Moon—a time of manifestation and powerful energetic amplification. We'll also be celebrating during Beltane, a sacred time of abundance, rebirth, and new life, making it the perfect moment to birth your spirit companions' drums and rattles.

This timing places us at the beautiful midpoint between Spring and Summer, allowing us to work with the dynamic energies of growth, transformation, and the flourishing life force that surrounds us during this season. The energetic flow of abundance and renewal will infuse our sacred work together.

What to bring:

Two old towels, strong scissors that can cut leather. Anything of significance to you that you may want to put in your rattle or on your drum. Anything of significance to you that you may want to put in the collective altar that you will take back home with you. Nice cloth or bag to wrap your drum and a nice cloth or bag to wrap your rattle in.
